Load of crap

Yes, it’s time to cross the line and talk about poop. Not just any old poop, but your poop. Someone in my family (names withheld to protect the stinky) takes a very long time to make a poop. Is it a coincidence that it takes just about the same amount of time to finish a game of MVP baseball on the PSP as it does for this person to poop? Maybe. Maybe not. That’s neither here nor there. Since most of the world seems to trust Oprah; and since Oprah trusts Dr. Oz; let’s listen to what Dr. Oz has to say about poop. “At the end of the day you can analyze your body really effectively by looking at what comes out of your body.” True dat. A healthy poop should be formed and fairly soft. It should be almost odorless. And, with a little vomit in my mouth I’ll tell you that healthy poop should be golden brown. WAKE UP CALL. Poop should not get stuck in your tushy. It should not take a heave and a ho to push out. And your poop should be exiting your body at least once a day if not more. (Although, if it’s coming out of your tushy more than 3 times a day, that’s a poop of a different color, so to speak.)
TIPS: Drink lots of purified water. Eat plenty of healthy fiber sources. Medical-grade probiotics. Colonhydrotherapy.
